Who is Crushpad Anyway?
Crushpad is a winery - but not the kind that probably comes to mind.
For starters, we don't make our own wine. We help wine enthusiasts create their own luxury class wine – after five harvests, we now have 5,000 clients across the globe who participate in groups that make barrel-size lots of high end wine.
We're also a launching point for new commercial wine brands. Over the past few years, our clients have launched over 300 new commercial wines – small production, high touch and made with a commitment to quality and personality. These wines are sold by national retailers and appear on wine lists in some of the country's finest restaurants.
To make wine, we source fruit from around 60 of the West Coast's top vineyards. We crush, ferment, age, bottle and ship wine – all from our 50,000 square foot winery in San Francisco.
But you may still be asking, what's up with this Bailout wine thing? Why?
Well, like you, our 401k's are being battered like a slab of meat in a Rocky movie. And the constant stream of gloom and doom being drummed into our skulls is starting to really wear thin. So we decided to lift the embargo on fun. What's the use of being a winery if you can't have a little fun?
